Starting Your Real Estate Journey

Thinking about a career in real estate? With the booming market nationwide, now is the perfect time to jump in. You can work full-time or part-time based on your schedule. If you’re currently employed full-time, don’t worry. Many of our offices offer part-time options, requiring a minimum of just 5 hours per week. This flexibility allows you to earn an additional income of $20,000 to $50,000 or more per year! Many of our full-time Realtors earn well over $100,000 annually.

To get started, you’ll need to pass your state’s real estate class and exam, typically requiring a passing score of 75. You’ll also need to complete a one-time fingerprinting process. If you’re preparing for the Florida Real Estate Exam, JT Scillieri, our dedicated recruiter, will personally assist you in passing it on your first try. We go the extra mile to support our agents!

Joining an EXIT Realty office is the final step. Apart from standard fees for MLS® access, the National Association of Realtors®, and state and local Real Estate Associations, some areas may require a Supra Lock Box key. Are you an experienced realtor considering a change in brokerages and seeking new opportunities? Not all real estate companies are alike. EXIT Realty offers several advantages that set us apart:

• Sponsoring: At EXIT Realty, sponsoring involves introducing potential recruits to management. When a recruit is hired, the EXIT Associate who made the introduction receives a financial bonus from EXIT's head office for each closed transaction by the recruit.
• Unlimited Sponsoring: Sponsoring can be practiced anywhere at EXIT Realty across North America, providing you with vast opportunities.
• Single-Level Residual Bonuses: EXIT Realty's residual bonuses are single-level only, meaning they are not multi-level. Sponsors receive benefits solely from directly sponsored individuals, not those further down the line.
• Competitive Commission Splits: EXIT Realty's commission splits start at 70/30 up to $100,000 gross, and then shift to 90/10 for the remainder of the year. These splits don’t affect the commissions earned by new recruits, ensuring fairness for everyone.
• Residual Bonuses: Sponsoring bonuses at EXIT Realty are equivalent to 10 of the gross commission received by the recruit during the recruit's time on a 70 split. This bonus can reach up to $10,000 per recruit per year and continues perpetually as long as the recruit remains with EXIT Realty.
• Mentoring with a Vested Interest: Sponsoring generates perpetual financial returns, creating a strong incentive to mentor and pass down wisdom. As the recruit improves and succeeds, the sponsor's return on investment grows.
• Shared Sponsorship: The initial introduction of a recruit can be split evenly between two people, allowing both sponsors to receive a 5 bonus accordingly.
• Adding a Third Dimension: While real estate has traditionally been a two-dimensional business focused on taking listings and making sales, sponsoring adds a third dimension and an additional income stream.
• Immediate Sponsoring Bonuses: EXIT Realty's head office pays all sponsoring bonuses directly, regardless of the financial status of the broker. This ensures that sponsors receive their well-deserved rewards promptly.
• Annual Dues: All EXIT Associates pay annual dues of $425, which may be prorated based on the joining date. These dues qualify you for EXIT residuals, provide you with a back-office website, a mobile business card, and much more.
• Residual Bonuses After Retirement: EXIT Associates who participate in sponsoring continue to receive 7 residual bonuses even after retirement, without the need to actively sell real estate. The remaining 3 goes to their broker. This arrangement continues as long as the sponsors' recruits make sales.
• Beneficiary Benefits: EXIT Associates designate a beneficiary upon joining EXIT Realty. In the unfortunate event of an Associate's passing, a special residual beneficiary benefit of 5 is dedicated to the beneficiary. This continues as long as those sponsored by the deceased Associate generate sales, with the other 5 going to the Associate's broker.
• Support Staff Recognition: EXIT Realty accumulates a portion of each transaction fee paid by salespeople across all offices, creating a special secretarial bonus fund. This fund is distributed to the support staff of each office just before Christmas, recognizing their valuable contributions.
• Charitable Contributions: EXIT Realty's head office dedicates a portion of each transaction fee generated by all offices to its chosen charity, Habitat for Humanity.
